BULLET RESISTANT AND BURGLARY GLASS

Bulletproof glass


   This type of glass provides protection against the damaging factors of small arms ammunition. The classification of bullet-resistant glass complies with the requirements of EN 1063:1999 "Glass in Building. Security glazing. Testing and classification of resistance against bullet attack." The standard specifies performance requirements and test methods for the classification of bullet-resistant glass. For each class of bullet resistance, the standard provides for the type of weapon, caliber, bullet characteristics, etc.

   The SAСURA-PRO company produces multilayer bullet-resistant glass of all resistance classes. To reduse thiekness and weight a polycarbonate sheet or similar materials can be included in the  glass structure.
